MF GRIMM Sustains Nobility With Latest Single
“I Am King” Download Available May 18

Los Angeles, Ca. – May 17, 2010 – MF GRIMM, an unrelenting presence in hip-hop, captivates once again with the release of “I Am King,” the single from the upcoming album/comic book, “You Only Live Twice: The Audio Graphic Novel.”

The Orchard will handle digital distribution of both the single, available Tuesday, and the full album, available June 8. TVT (Pitbull and Little John), The Orchard, and Traffic will handle physical distribution.

The project, being featured at prominent retailers such as Best Buy, will also be distributed by Diamond Comic Distributors and available to all comic retailers. Twice will become the first musical project to be featured in Previews, Diamond’s esteemed publication (June issue).

MF Cult? or Culture?

What is the meaning behind the title M.F. and why is it so powerful in the hip hop culture?

What is it about the MF that makes followers from all around the world extremely loyal to emcees that are honored with this esteemed title?

Some say the music created by MF affects the behavior of the devoted followers who acknowledge MF as innovative and on the path to solve the world's ill's, but what is it about the MF that make it so appealing to followers?

Is it the lyrics? Is it the music? Is it charisma? Or is it an equal balance of all three elements that sets MF apart from all others?. Only the inner circle of the MF knows for sure.

A seldom few have been granted this title but some insiders of the cult(ure) say that the MF title can take it's toll on those leaders who decide to abuse it, and abuse the dedicated followers who support. In the end they will be found not worthy and stripped of their title. What's done in the dark will come to light, but through it all, the MF title will live on.

Many choose to use the title MF, but only one was chosen.

MF GRIMM Virtual Meet and Greet

Hey everyone,

To commemorate the re-launch of Day By Day Entertainment (just a few weeks back), I sat down with a few of my colleagues and closest fans in a virtual town hall format (courtesy of our friends over at Vokle.com). 

We plan on doing more of these in the future. Vokle.com has done a great job so far, but they have a lot more to show us. Likewise, I'll be sure to come through with a better connection.
